A correction

A figure that is wrong, a source that no longer loads, a claim that does not hold. This is the most useful email you can send us, and it goes to the front of the queue.

A question about a lesson

If something is unclear, that is usually a writing problem rather than a reading one. Tell us which lesson and which paragraph.

A topic we have not covered

Especially a question you could not find a straight answer to anywhere else.

Anything about how the site makes money

Ask, and you will get a direct answer.

What we cannot answer

We do not answer questions about what to buy, whether to enter or exit a position, what the market will do, or whether a particular trade was a good idea. That is not modesty — it is the whole editorial position of this site, and it does not change in private correspondence.

We also cannot give personal financial advice. We are not licensed to, and anyone offering it by email without knowing your circumstances is not someone to listen to.

Response times, honestly

This is a small operation. Corrections are acted on as fast as we can verify them; everything else may take a while. If a message goes unanswered for two weeks, send it again — it was missed, not ignored.
